The gluten-free recipes consists of gluten-free breads, gluten-free Italian breads, gluten-free sweet breads and gluten-free delicious cakes, that maximise the use of the 7 gluten-free programs requiring different kneading times, temperatures, rising and baking.
All of the recipes have been selected to suit all tastes, from savoury to sweet breads and delicious cakes. There are some for every day, BBQ’s, Picnics, and special occasions included a chocolate fudge celebration cake.
The specialist recipes have been developed using whole grain, wheat flours and natural yeast, that are easier to digest, if you are sensitive to wheat or yeast, such as Kamut, spelt, sour dough and wholemeal.
The traditional recipes have been developed to offer those who are able to cross contaminate and not sensitive to and wish to bake some traditional recipes for the rest of the family.
