It is the first time I have used my Zero Gluten Baker. It has just started to bake and there is a burning smell and a small amount of smoke coming from the baker. Is this OK?Yes it is normal. The first time you bake with your machine you may notice a slight burning smell and possibly so smoke, this is down to the elements being heated for the first time, the same as the first time you use a new oven.
Are the loaf tin, trays and paddles dishwasher safe?The loaf tin, trays and paddles should not be put in the dishwasher. Washing in the dishwasher may cause damage to the non stick finish. We recommend that you wash them using a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Ensure not to use anything abrasive such as cleansers, scouring pads etc
Are there other additional baking accessories that are different from those included with my Zero Gluten Baker?No, all the accessories you will require are included with your Zero Gluten Baker.

Does the machine do everything for you?For loaves yes – it’s so easy. It’s so easy to use, just measure and add the ingredients, press start and the machine will do the rest. For items using the ciabatta or bread roll tins, you must open the machine after the mixing process and transfer the mixture into the different tins. The recipe book clearly provides instructions for each of the recipes and lets you know which programme and tin for use for each.
